Hotel situated above the restaurant . Windows to the Main Street in Lublin. A little bit to loud but hotel is in the central area. Around a lot of restaurants and bars. No elevator inside the building and was hard to find someone who is working on the reception. the crew spoke poor English and weak polish. Room big and clean.

The staff members were outstanding. They were really nice and helpful. The place was clean. Free breakfast. The hotel is at the heart of the city. The only negative review about this hotel is that they do not have an elevator. Just remember that before booking for this hotel. Everything else was great

Nice hotel. Perfectly placed in the center
The hotel is in a good place in the center. The food from the menu is very good. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. My only gripe is the breakfast was not brilliant everything's been cooked then just left in pans for guests to take ( buffet style) but everything's cold the later you come for breakfast the colder it is as there not in warmers. But for the price and the location it is a small issue. Very nice hotel indeed

Nice Hotel with a very good restaurant
Stayed in this hotel for four nights and Don't have any complaint at all. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. Very helpful staff with very good food. Breakfast was included in the room price and the choice for breakfast was huge. It was a buffet system and the quality of the food was just amazing. Would recommend to anyone and is very close to transport links and town. 5 STAR experience without a doubt.

Nice but plenty of stairs to climb. 52 to be exact. Staff outstanding and very helpful. I would stay again. Would recommend but not if you had any difficulty in climbing stairs

Good hotel in the heart of Old City
This hotel was good enough for my sightseeing purpose. I used a taxi from the railway station which somehow drove me in front of the hotel. So, I tried to use a taxi again back to the train station. But the reception said that I have to wait for it at the downstairs area of Grodzka Gate, which was somewhat inconvenient. To make matters worse, the taxi did not show up after 10 minutes' wait. For better efficiency, you should simply use the taxi stand near Grodzka Gate. (I had to cancel the hotel-arranged taxi, but the phone number listed under Expedia.com is incorrect. So, I had to go back and forth with my luggage, which worsened my experience.)

Good things: Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Some rooms have a mini fridge. Good wi-fi (about 6-8 Mbps). Location. Bad things: Breakfast is very basic. After midnight you need to knock on the door to enter the hotel. (You don't get a key to the front door.) No desk in the room I was in. Overall: Great value for money. Would stay again :)

Great hotel
We had to check out early in the morning and once the staff found out they offered to make us breakfast to go which was ready at 5 AM. They gave us a lot of food and thought of everything. That was so very thoughtful and much appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room had a bad smell and shower flooded. Adjoining hotel is closed and in a state of disrepair diminishing the excellent location of the hotel. Staff however, did their best to make our stay better by switching us to another room.

A week stay
I have stayed at a few hotels in Lublin and I have to say that this hotel is very good, the location is good for what most would need, it's in the old town so your near all that you need.the hotel is clean, the staff were very helpful,the food is ok,the shower was good the room was warm and comfortable.there are things that can be improved, when you order a starter they bring out the main course shortly after.there needs to be a bin outside for disposing of cigarette when outside.the breakfast staff need to be around more so you can top up coffee,the lead for the toaster should not be across the hallway little things that could matter. Would I stay there again I would without a second thought.

Comfortable stay in heart of old city of Lublin
Very comfortable, clean room. Staff polite, but too 'official' and a bit 'distant'. Breakfast average. Bread was not very fresh. No-one asked if everything OK, and at breakfast had to go to ask for a second cup of coffee. This should be offered as part of good service.

Perfectly located in Lublin's Old City (Stare Miasto), this gem offers a very comfortable and quiet room (with Air-conditioning) at a modest price. The stairs to the second floor (third floor by American counting) might dissuade someone with stair-climbing issues, but otherwise, it's hard to ask for anything more.Weryn

very nice staff
there was only one major problem. The room I had was on the first level and was very noisy. The food was good in the restaurant. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. They Printed out some documents that my company sent to me and helped me with finding transportation to Warsaw. The bed was very comfortable.
