The room was clean, but condition of some items need to be addressed. The coffee pot in the room was in unsafe and unusable condition. While filling the carafe water, the glass carafe slippref from the metal band, and fell into the sink. Luckily, the glass did not break.my concern was the timing — what if the carafe had been filled with hot coffee when it fell apart? When I informed the front desk about what had happened (showing the separated pieces) two staff members initially reacted as if it was my fault, and did not express any concern.

Pleanty of shelf space, drawers, hooks, racks, and the bottom line, the bed, was the most comfortable I've slept in a very long time(!)
Tall ceilings gave a sense of spaciousness.
The shower was great but the door was leaking. The doors and drawers were somewhat in need of resurfacing due to lots of scuff marks but the room overall was well cleaned(!) We enjoyed the room very much!

Wasn’t super clean, not very helpful staff, pet fee more than the room cost! But claim to be pet friendly, haha. Coffee and all breakfast items cold. They did have a good selection of breakfast food though.

This is a nice facility. We book here every time we visit our daughter. The rooms are good size, bathroom lighting is good and laundry facility on site is free for guests!

When we arrived they did not have the room we reserved through Expedia. Either gave it to some one else or overbooked. Was not even apologetic about it or anything.
