We like how convenient it was to travel and return to the hotel. I was very happy the beds were soft and supported my bad back. We will return next week for more doctor appointments and will stay at Hawthorn.
Couple items we didn't care for, there were no trash cans in the room. And the toilet paper needs to be upgraded. It was so thin and fell apart in ones fingers.
Other then that, loved the big room.

I really enjoyed my time there. It was very clean and convenient. The staff was great, but there was alot of noise from other neighbors that was not very welcoming. However, overall it was very pleasant time!

My daughter and I had a great stay at the Hawthorn Suites. The rooms were spacious, indoor pool was great, and complimentary breakfast was a plus. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were going through some remodels during our stay, but it really wasn’t an issue for us. We will stay there again whenever we visit Lubbock.

The person attending the front desk at the time that we checked in was Kee. She is definitely the standard that you should base all guest interactions on. It was later in the evening when we arrived, yet her awesome energy gave us weery travelers a boost. She is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She is very engaging, and did I mention energetic. She is well deserving of any performance bonuses that your organization issues.

The room was not vacuumed before we arrived and there was a phone number on the desk table. So clearly the room was not cleaned.
