Our family was in town for drs visit. The hotel staff was kind enough to give us a late check out to accomodate our drs appointment time! And our doctor's office was only 2 minutes away from the hotel.

We stayed one night due to my Daughter having surgery . I originally booked a double bed room with a roll in shower to assist with bathing since she is in a scooter. They gave us a room not what I booked but when we told them the guy was very helpful and switched us rooms to accommodate which we got lucky for cause it was the last one they had even though that was what I booked. Before surgery my daughter was required to bathe 2 times with a special soap which left us needing additional towels so I went up to the front and asked for some and explained what I needed it for and the girl there was rude and asked why did we need more if we already had some and I again explained everything and she gave them to me but later I found out she charged me for them without letting me know I would be charged . Over all we liked the facility but the workers need to be more informed on what was booked, less rude and let the customers know when there will be a charge not just spring it on them .

We like how convenient it was to travel and return to the hotel. I was very happy the beds were soft and supported my bad back. We will return next week for more doctor appointments and will stay at Hawthorn. Couple items we didn't care for, there were no trash cans in the room. And the toilet paper needs to be upgraded. It was so thin and fell apart in ones fingers. Other then that, loved the big room.

I really enjoyed my time there. It was very clean and convenient. The staff was great, but there was alot of noise from other neighbors that was not very welcoming. However, overall it was very pleasant time!
