I had to pay out of pocket because Expedia did not keep my reservation active due to the flight by United Airlines was delayed and made me miss my flight. Had to stay the first night in Houston and missed the funeral service. My entire trip was ruined and I should receiev a full refund for the flights amd hotel for the trip. Very disappointed

The only issue was the morning clerk tried to charge for our prepaid breakfast. Half a c note for two. Luckily we asked for a printout and he changed it.
