it was horrible with the ceiling missing, rotten food, exposed wires, overall super grimy and dirty and in a bad location

In desperate need for refurbishment. Pealing paint, outlets hanging off in dining room, old half & half (it was chunky), stained sheets that need to be replaced. Missing iron and ironing board, no hangers. The bathroom had rusty towel racks that were falling off the wall. We had exactly 2 towels and 1 hand towel, no washcloths. The curtains were stained and coming off the track. We came into town for a concert and got back to the hotel at midnight and they had deactivated our key cards even though our reservation is until the 10th and check out is at 11am not midnight.

Dirty Hotel

The hotel room was filthy, literally dried urine all over the toilet seat, dirty floor, not vacuumed. The front desk changed our room, but the next room we got was also filthy, had a dirty toilet, no towels, unclean bathroom counters, dirty floor, carpet not vacuumed, parts of a coffee maker missing & no cups. Only thing good was the A/C & bed looked clean, though it only had a single top sheet over the mattress. Since it was late, we were tired & there was no refund, we cleaned what we could with our disinfectant wipes. So disgusting! Another couple was complaining at the same time. My husband had to go ask for towels. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom & floor tiles loose. Will never stay at any hotel with Radison attached to the name. Oh, and included breakfast, big joke. Wouldn’t have eaten anyway.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Not at all as what is described. This MOTEL is pure trash! Dirty linens, smelly room, cery poor condition and badly maintained!
