The hotel was the jets in the tub didn't work properly and the t.v. Only had one channel

The property was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem was the hot water. There was little to none. When reported they said others had reported it as well and they were trying to get maintenance out. That was the only negative. But the positives outweighed the negative. Will definitely stay here again if I come back thru Lubbock. The staff was incredible. Kudos to each of the front desk staff.

Seems to be dated, bedding was old and floors. Otherwise not a horrible place.

Thin walls, heard people talking loudly outside of room door at 3am, lasted about 15 mins.

I was in Lubbock two nights. Good service from staff. Facilities were in good shape. New pool area looks good. But the second night, past midnight, loud laughing and a barking dog close to my room was unpleasant. Went on about 30 minutes. This is the second time dogs barking late. Apparently Best Western caters to barking dog owners.
