Good staff and service
Posted 3 Feb 2020 on HotelsStayed here for 5days. The location is a bit far from the night market place but it is still in walking distance (around 10~15 mins). So we always go by walk to downtown.
The owner and staffs were so kind and they greeted me and support me in many ways. It was valuable stay overall.

Terrible service, beds were rock hard. They also lied to us about hotel occupancy and downgraded our room. WiFi was slow and the water pressure was almost none. We ended up having to move hotels.

I had a great stay at Villa Somphong. Its clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Its located in the centre and is quiet (no noise form bars).
