Posted 23 Mar 2019 on Hotels I enjoyed almost everything of this hostel. Most of all, the staff: all of them always gentle and helpfull. The dormitory well organized with comfortable beds. Breakfast vary and good and coffee and tea always there, ready to be prepared with hot water. Comfortable common space in and out the structure. Just two step from the hostel e super market....for low budget meal!!!

Clean, good location, service lacking
Posted 11 Mar 2019 on HotelsI only stayed for one night but the hostel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The hotels website said there was free water but when I asked where I could fill my water bottle they said they had bottle water for sale. I try to never buy and use plastic bottles so i was a little disappointed in this. There is hot water available for coffee though so i just filled with this and then put my water bottle in the fridge that is available for use. Also when I checked in I saw them give 2 other people checking in towels but when I asked for one they said there would be a deposit, as I was only staying for one night I didn't bother because I was leaving in the morning and didn't want to bother with getting a deposit back. They also do have an included breakfast in the morning, but I had to leave before it was available. I did ask the day before when I checked in if I could get it to go before my bus came at 8am and they said no problem they would have it ready for me. When I went down at 7:30 the next morning they did not have it nor seem to know what I was talking about. I asked then if I could get it and they said yes, 8am rolled around and still no breakfast. I ordered it again and said I would really appreciate it to go if I could and they said sure 2 minutes. At 8:15 when my bus showed up I still had no breakfast. So not the end of the world but a little irritating since I had been asking for 45 minutes, and the day before and assured it was no problem.

Jade. I know your time for breakfast was valuable and you were disappointed and inconvenienced. Staff normally starts preparing breakfast at 7:30.
As for towels, we stopped charging deposits. Now we have the honor system for them. Lockers are the only thing that need a deposit now. About the water. We are now in the process of finding a way to have less plastic use to help save the environment. After our new bathrooms and Coffee shop additions are finished later this week, we will focus on this ;-)

Great Party Hostel
Posted 3 Feb 2019 on HotelsVery clean and right in the center of town. Can get noisy at night, but with ear plugs I had no trouble sleeping. The bar is really expensive though, so beware.

Hi, we have no bar here. But we do have a lovely Coffee bar with the best Espresso and Lao coffee.
The only noise we have is the Roosters crowing in the morning. All guest have to be quiet after 9pm in the rooms. We have an area downstairs or outside seating to chill and hangout after hours. Glad you liked your stay.

Budget, Simple, Can be improved more

Pros: Free drinking water. clean, friendly staff
Cons: The water pressure for water heater could be better.
The bed hope can make it with full/complete curtain.
Increase the number of bathroom.
Location: It quite new to main city, with walking distance around 8-10mins.
Nearby have 1 supermarket and can buy local stuffs, food or beer there too.
The dorm is simple and budget. Cleanliness is acceptable. Staff is helpful and friendly. There included simple breakfast every morning.
Suggest to add on more bathroom, as now there is 2 only which is not enough for so many guests. The water pressure for water heater is very bad and slow. Hope to make it better.
The bed hope can make it with full/complete curtain, which some bed have some don't have and some is too short. The lamp on the bed is spoilt too.

Hey you, thanks for your feedback. we are now in the process of having 6 Showers and 7 Toilets.With a lovely Coffee house addition. Also full curtains around all beds now. Many beautiful changes are being made. If you come back, I'm sure you'll be very happy with your stay.

앱보단 현장결제가 저렴해요..전 앱으로 해서 돈이 조금 더 들었네요..ㅋ
호스텔 내에서 공항 툭툭이나 꽝시폭포 투어를 시내 투어사와 같은 가격으로 하고 있어서 편했어요 !
침대도 넓고,대신 사람수에 비해 화장실은 좀 적은 느낌?
아침은 안 먹어봤는데 조식도 나와요!
