"The hotel itself is nice. The rooms and gym are great. The food is decent but extremely overpriced for Luanda. Also, the vibes are very weird and off. A bunch of wealthy Europeans being served by Angolans. It’s a horrible horrible place. Also the location sucks. This price and no pool too? Wow."

"It’s a good hotel but there are many things to improve like a better training to the employees. The keeping house service sometimes do not do a complete service. The waiters are slow. "I did not like the condition that in the morning they don’t clean the room, it was my wedding day and I needed the room cleaned for pictures. After a lot of talking they send someone (staff) to clean that made us very clear that she was not happy to do it!! Second they have iron for clothes in the rooms. Anything you have to pay to ironed! I like the hotel but they have to improve and be more friendly with guests"
