Great view. My room had a terrible smell and mold on the walls. They wouldn’t do anything about it because I booked through a third party. Lower levels are terrible!

The property was walking distance to Mullet Bay Beach. The concierge service was excellent. The unit was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is that the pool has umbrellas overall an amazing stay. The only problem we had was the upper balcony ceiling leaked water onto our balcony, which made it slippery. Couldn’t use part of it. Management came and I’m sure it was taken care of after we left immediately

This place was horrible. The room had a terrible smell and the bed was broken. They give you exact amounts of everything. We were given 1 toilet roll for 4 day stay. The property is on the lagoon side so there are a lot of mosquitoes and other insects. There is very little staff on premise and no options for food after 6PM. Horrible experience for myself and my partner. Wifi worked in the room but not in the common areas.

As for the lagoon-side view, this was the choice made during your reservation, and we understand it may not suit everyone. Regarding mosquitoes, unfortunately, they are a common occurrence across the island, especially after episodes of rain, which is beyond our control. In terms of dining options, there are over 10 restaurants within a 3-minute walk in Jordan Village, offering a variety of dinner options. The poolside restaurant on the property operates for breakfast and lunch and closes at 6 PM, as advertised. We also noted your mention of the bed being broken and a terrible smell in the room. These issues were not reported to the lobby during your stay, which prevented us from addressing them promptly. Our team is always available at the lobby, including property managers, the managing director, and other staff members, to assist with any concerns you may have. Lastly, the Wi-Fi works seamlessly in both the lobby and the rooms, so we’re unsure which areas may have presented issues. If you had reported any connectivity problems, we would have gladly addressed them immediately.
