Liked the key entry idea but it could have been better if the light was on earlier had to use phone torch to see the numbers the room was just right and it was very clean overall a good stay

Really late booking but very reasonable price for one night stay. Beautifully clean.

Loved this quiet property Spotlessly clean and large room. Only slight down would be the size of the bathroom which larger people would find hard to use. We will certainly use again and have already found out about another room to use.

Room was beautiful but struggled badly with all the stairs needs updating to disabled friendly

Am so happy you loved the room and guest house, and sorry we do not have a lift. With it being an old Victorian building from the 19th century, we are unable to install a lift but we do have a ground floor room with en-suite facilities that may suit you better next time. Basic but ok for a one night stay. Shower was more a trickle than a shower

I am so happy you had a good stay in our Family Room on the 3rd Floor. The roomComes with a new Smart 46 inch TV, cupboard, chest of drawers, new carpet, tea and coffee facilities with en-suite bathroom with a sea view. The shower is functional, and due to it being a traditional Victoria building the shower will not be a power shower despite our efforts to make this even better. The room is comfortable, welcoming and clean. Please do see the pictures of the room which are exactly how the room is. Thanks for choosing Bon Ami Guest House and we look forward to welcoming you again in the near future.

Handy for seafront and restaurants. Rooms 9-11 on third floor and plagued by sound of seagulls all night. Wouldn't want top floor again.
