Shower curtain and overall shower was bad room wasn’t clean

Original room offered was terrible, had to pay an additional $20 to upgrade to a reasonable room.

Consistently great, helpful hotel staff and very convenient location but the hotel itself (bathrooms in particular) is due for a bit of a refresh. Everything is absolutely clean.

All the staff are great, rooms are a little dated but clean and great views of downtown!
