"The staff is very kind on site, albeit quite young as a whole. (as is the clientele - we didn't see many guests or staff over 35). The staff prior to checking in is extremely difficult to reach and is unhelpful. I had to call 10 times and leave messages and book appointments (which no one attended) to reach someone who could help me schedule my itinerary. "The staffs are nice and wonderful, attentive and pleasant. Always smelling fresh when you enter thru the lobby. Rooms are well mentioned. The fridge in my room I’m not sure if it’s working or not. But over all the hotel is a great place to stay in."
