"Was a bit upset, that we had a heat advisory, and got to our room without any air on and musty smell in the air. When asking the staff was there something wrong with the air as to why it was off, she just smiled and asked if we'd cut it on? I told her yes, and she said that it would be fine then. We also had to ask for sheets and a blanket, for the pull out couch, when they knew there were four of us booked, along with extra towels, so we'd have one a piece.
I stayed here 10 years ago for a week and never had to ask for a thing.
The pool was like bathwater and was well over filled. We heard other guest complaining about the same thing. With it being so hot, we were looking for a cool dip in the pool.
The house cleaning staff were very sweet and professional and made our day as we left.
My daughter was so impressed with the lady in the breakfast room, that she stopped on our way out to give her a tip.
The room was nice and clean, and we just had a few things that would have made it perfect."
"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was wonderful, it was very close to the beach and Brookgreen gardens. The room was spacious and it was very quiet. The beds were a little on the hard side but hey we’re not there to sleep the whole time either. I will def be staying here again and highly recommend it. "
