This is my second time staying here. This hotel is badly in need of an update. The rooms we had either had broken closet doors, no lights in the refrigerator, safes that didn’t work, etc. Housekeeping remains an issue…I had to speak to the front desk twice to get them to come. Why are there no plastic bags in the garbage bins or the ice bucket? The hotel just feels old and somewhat neglected.

Iron was broken. The room smelled horrible like sewer. Breakfast was not good. Staff is very friendly

Very low nightly rate for such a nice hotel. It looked recently built and the room was quite large and modern.

Three of us on different rooms and each person had a smell on their rooms.
My bed wasn't clean, big yellow stains. I asked to have it clean and came to room with same stains on a made bed.
Front desk didn’t care to take care of my bed nor wanted to help print an Invoice.
Food was poorly taken care of..
