Really convenient for bus and tram, but Vitoria is also very walkable
Supermarket next door, delis, cafes and wine bars, nearby
Staff lovely
We were very comfortable here

Good room, all amenities in room if you want to use them, good shower, bang in the city centre

Airco didn’t work and check in was not great. Room was Nice but we had nothing to clean the kitchen

Nice place

Only remark was cleanliness of cutlery.

Poor..very poor…checked in online..receiving a “pass key code”…then received further emails..demanding payment..I had prepaid. Concierge at Hotel just referred me to call centre..
Building smelled of sewage and there was no bedding for sofa bed..having specifically requested when bookng
