Good value overnight stay
Very comfortable stay in a clean hotel with good facilities and parking. Helpful receptionist. Reasonable price The location is a bit off the track for easy touring and I could not get an omelete at breakfast! But apart from that, nothing negative to say. Would stay at this B&B again.

The receptionist tried to charge us the full price for the room and breakfast until we showed him the booking conformation. It would have been useful to have instructions for the air conditioning unit, so we could set it to heat the room. We found instructions on-line showing where the "hidden" buttons were on the remote. The hotel location is good with a few restaurants locally. The "Poivre Rouge" restaurant located about 100m away, gives a 10% discount to people staying at the B&B hotel. The hotel did not tell us about this! Apart from the minor issues above, we would stay at this or another B&B hotel again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Pulled up to the B&B and there was a man selling drugs right outside the property... The area is run down and looked like a very bad part of town.

Accommodation was good, breakfast was a let down as the bread was burned, staff not replacing some food as other guests had used, was more interested in talking with other staff than his guests.

Shops and restaurants close by.
The hotel itself suited our needs for a one night stay. We were welcome by the receptionist who was also able to help when we needed a pharmacy. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of cereals, yogurts, pastries and also bacon and egg. There is a supermarket close by and a number of places to eat, so you don’t have to go searching for restaurants after a long journey. The one thing you must do if using a sat nav to find this hotel is to put Louvroil as the town NOT Maubeuge. You would not want to stay on Rue de l’Esperance in Maubeuge !!!

Serait parfait sans la salle de sport accolée
Hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine mais qui est très propre avec un personnel aimable et aux petits soins. Seuls bémols : la salle de sport qui ferme à minuit (j'étais au 2ème étage, à l'opposé de la salle mais j'entendais le "boum-boum" de leur musique ... j'ai pensé aux personnes accolées à la salle...) et le parking rempli à toute heure malgré sa taille et ça, majoritairement par les sportifs. Malgré ces 2 petits points pas tops et si je suis amenée à retourner à Maubeuge, j'y retournerai (avec des boules quiès...lol) car le centre commercial juste à coté et le personnel aimable sont de gros atouts.

Dormez plutôt dans votre voiture.
Lorsque je réserve chez B&B c’est plutôt un gage de valeur sûre pour moi et ce n’est maintenant plus le cas avec cette expérience. Déjà à mon arrivée, le parking plein à craquer avec des véhicules garés n’importe comment devant une salle de sport qui jouxte l’entrée de l’hotel, obligé de me garer plus loin. Accueil plutôt courtois, arrivée dans ma chambre au deuxième étage, un bruit de musique assourdissant venant de la salle de sport située au rez-de-chaussée et ce jusqu’à minuit sans aucune interruption. Quand vous passez votre journée sur la route et que vous arrivez à votre hôtel, c’est pour vous reposer et dormir. Comment est-ce possible d’avoir un hôtel aussi bruyant ça fait des années que je dors toute la semaine à l’hôtel je n’ai jamais vu ça même en bordure d’autoroute. La climatisation de la chambre ainsi que la VMC la salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas. Et mettre la télévision droite, ça prend 2 secondes et cela fait plus sérieux.

Le pire hôtel bandb et le pire des hôtel que j'ai fait une salle de musculation d'une autre enseigne en dessous de l'hôtel de la musique et des bruits de fonte qui tombe jusqu'à 23h30 minuit et à 7h du matin sa recommence, avant 7h vers 4h30 5h vous aurez le bruit des voitures qui passe car oui l'hôtel à était remis au goût du jour mes les fenêtres...la ville et l'hôtel aurait jamais du accepter cet implantation et évidemment une fois que l'on réserve on ne peux plus du tout être remboursé vous comprendrez facilement pourquoi
