We had a family room but we never wanted a family room because we went as friends and it was a bit awkward having a family room.. we had a bad experience with a taxi driver that was ordered from the front door of the hotel, but the company that hired the taxi driver was at fault, not the hotel, all in all the hotel was beautiful.
