When we arrived , the room floor , bed and furniture was very dusty .

Arriving at 2 in the morning didn’t help, having been delayed at the Channel Tunnel for 8 hours, but the check in process is complicated for the uninitiated. Once completed, the next problem was getting the baggage to the first floor without any lifts, being disabled. The night guard was not only unhelpful, but rude. The room itself was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was fine. Now I know what to expect, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel manager on the last day of my stay was harassed me on check-out day because he thought I would not be out of the room before 12 noon. He refused to try to work with me because this was my first stay in France and I do not speak French. Extremely poor attitude. At one point he called me "stupid". On the last day he and the cleaning lady was extremely rude. I would NEVER recommend this particular B&B. Your other locations might have better service, but I will not risk it. Never again do I plan to book a room with B&B Hotels!
