It was very austere—we booked 2 Nights and they gave us one (1) packet each of Instant Coffee. I know it’s like an apartment/ hotel but who has time to find a grocery to buy more coffee? Luckily there’s a Bike Shop Cafe beside the hotel.

Hello, Thank you for your comment. We do indeed offer our customers a welcome kit with coffee. However, this is a welcome kit and not supplies for the entire stay. Just to remind you, there is a food shop less than 5 minutes' walk away, at the end of the street on the way to the sanctuary. Don't hesitate to drop in if you want to do your shopping during your next stay!Best regards,

It has central air conditioning. It is a long walk to the main areas of Lourdes so make sure you are aware of that. It is close to the petite train and shopping area. It is lovely to be so close to the river

Check in not possible in time waiting out side until they open not recommended for families
