"Hotel is close to amenities Just a short stroll but due to shortage of staff Door was often locked & desk unattended. We had to go out to get a drink as bar was also not attended. This did not distract from our stay or the love you feel at Lourdes."

"We arrived late at Hotel Paradis due to our train schedule. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile; their names were Roger, Hanin, and Paula. After an exhausting eight-hour trip from Barcelona, Spain, we were starving. To our dismay, all the nearby restaurants were closed. "It is very close to the basilica. It has it’s own restaurant. Breakfast which we have to pay is not that impressive. I made a suggestion to the receptionist Vanessa about the Tv in our room that is dangerously located on the wall ( too low). I am only 5’3” and i bumped my head 2x during the night."
