I liked that they had a kettle and big roll of toilet paper.
Their carpet might use an upgrade.
Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

The food service was treble and very disappointing, was given cold onion soup, pizza was awful, the lady serving us was nice but everything from the get go wasn’t professional. I was served wrong soup to start with(soup of the day which I didn’t order) secondly it took more 30 minutes to get my food while my wife finished her salad, thirdly both my pizza and onion soup served the same time. I was so disappointed but the front desk staff was excellent and professional. I will never eat in that restaurant if I ever come back to Lourdes.Dr.Mike

Great place and hotel, however the elevator needs more maintenance

They charge on us for two room but they gave us only one

Dear Martin, What you say is not entirely accurate.Due to a computer problem, you were able to book two rooms when we only had one left. We then contacted customer service and confirmed that one of the two rooms would be refunded.We apologise again for this inconvenience.Yours sincerely.

It’s dated but clean bed sheets and towels, bathroom separate from toilet w/ bidet, electric kettle provided, staff very friendly and accommodating esp we left early for the train station and will miss our breakfast so Leo at the front desk requested the kitchen that we can have our breakfast at 530 am we arrived at 5am and the gentleman, sorry I forgot his name opened the breakfast hall for us, thank you very much Sir! It has elevator too! Thank you all!

This was my first visit to Lourdes and my stay at the Panorama hotel could not have been better. The staff were so helpful and friendly - Veronique and Daria especially. The location is perfect for visiting the Sanctuaire and there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafés, etc very close to the hotel.
