Lot to improve...need to respond the mails and telephone...heater and wifi stops anytime. Its abit conjusted for family room

Hello,
We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay in our small 10 room hotel. We are doing regular renovations which allowed you to enjoy an entirely new bathroom. For heating, we have explained that the central system cuts when the temperature reaches 22 ° C. Lourdes is a small town at the foot of the mountains, the climate is necessarily cool in April. You would definitely enjoy the area in the summer. For Wifi, our small town is not yet served in very high speed, which can lead to navigation difficulties, which are however temporary. Regarding the size of the room, we could not offer you the largest because we had a water damage and we apologize. However, this one corresponds to the French standards for a classification in hotel 1 star. These standards are among the most stringent in Europe. To avoid being disappointed, we advise you to choose 2 or 3 star hotels. Of course the price of the room will be significantly higher in the higher categories.
We hope that with these tips, you will enjoy our beautiful region again.

Posted 24 May 2018 on HotelsLocation of Hotel was excellent. There is no onsite parking but a small public parking lot right in front of hotel. The hotel manager/owner was very helpful in helping us get a spot.

Posted 4 Sep 2017Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you don't need one, then this hotel is pretty good and a very good place to stay.

No volveré nunca , por el precio que pague los hay mejores con ascensor y más servicios, espero que cuando lo ofrezcan pongan que no hay ni ascensor y deja mucho que desear

Bonjour,Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour chez nous. Nous ne sommes qu'un hôtel 1 étoile et nous respectons largement les normes nationales pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Vous avez certainemenent pas prêté attention mais il est bien précisé dans l'annonce que nous ne disposons pas d'ascenseur et que l'établissement n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Notre maison du 18e siècle ne pourra jamais accueillir d'ascenseur et ne compte que 10 chambres. En revanche, chaque année nous renovons des salles de bain notamment celle que vous occupiez qui sera refaite le mois prochain. Nous vous rappelons que le covid nous a laissé sans revenu pendant 2 ans et que cela explique le retard sur les travaux. De plus, 40 la nuit n'est en France, pas un prix excessif. Votre note me semble injuste pour le personnel qui donne son maximum pour vous accueillir dans des chambres propres et avec le sourire.Nous espérons que vous aurez toute de même apprécié notre ville et la beauté de notée région.

Posted 7 Dec 2021 on HotelsLos dueños excelentes personas, muy amigables y colaboradores; el hotel pequeño, bien ubicado. Las condiciones no muy aceptables. La ciudad muy sola porque es epoca de poco movimiento, dificil para buscar restaurantes. Dicen que la epoca buena para visitar es entre Marzo a Octubre; nosotros fuimos para visitar la Catedral de la Virgen de Lourdes y la gruta.
