This place is a gem! I was so enthralled at the history of the old building and the things the owners have done to incorporate the historical features into the hotel motif! So tastefully decorated and nicely appointed with attention to detail! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

I didn't know there are 2 sitesof the hotel nor was I provided codes for the doors. We stayed in the St Charles Street location which has been beautifully renovated and decorated. However, there was no information about the stairs leading to the room. I am disBled

The keypad on the door was broke, I had to wait for someone to hand me a key to use instead of just fixing the keypad battery. There is no temperature thermostat in the room, nor one accessible, so it was freezing on night, and a sauna on night two. There is no mini refrigerator in the room, so be prepared to buy a small cooler and a bag of ice. There was an ice maker in the hotel, but it was empty and turned off on day one of my stay, until I mentioned it to the lady bringing me a room key because my door was broke. You are right next to the street downtown so it is noisy with traffic, but they do provide ear plugs and noise maker machine. I had no local TV to watch it’s a firestick, but every time I tried to watch a movie, the internet kept going on and off, every few minutes all night. The room is clean and cute, but hopefully they owner looks into my comments, suggestions.
