The only thing we were not a fan of is how early housekeeping would come by knocking on doors and yelling. Even if they aren’t knocking on your door (we put the sign out for the second and third nights) you can still hear them all down the hallway. You shouldn’t come earlier than check out time, people want to sleep on their vacations.

I recently stayed at this property last weekend. I enjoyed the price of the room for a two day stay, and I like the fact I didn’t have to pay for an incidental fee because I paid for my stay upfront. The room was clean and modern. The staff were pleasant and available if you needed anything. I would absolutely stay again when I visit Louisville. My number one plus were there were no BUGS!!

They put us in a room knowing that the room was not to be used because there was water dripping in the bathroom from the ceiling. When I went to get a different room they had no rooms available for us to move to.

The room smelled like smoke & it's a non-smoking room. I did call front desk & complained he did come immediately a sprayed the room but did not help much. Our stay was 4 days and considered going to another hotel.

Beds were pretty comfortable, everything seemed clean. Doors to room & bathroom kept sticking. Everything worked. Carpets were old but seemed clean. Very convenient to numerous restaurants. Breakfast was cold and all carbs except they had fresh-boiled eggs & make-your-own waffles.
