I liked the fact they had an elevator. The rooms were clean. The staff was very polite and friendly.

1st room assigned had no air conditioning. 2nd room had no dishes, dishwasher was filthy inside, carpet was disgusting (ruined my slippers). Laundry room was filthy, some machines did not work. Stairway carpets were filthy. Some exit doors were being propped open because our key cards didn't work to open them.

Has roaches. This place is trash. They checked me out three nights before check out date, no warning, no call they just went to thru my stuff and cleared the room out. Missing items.

the bed, tub and kitchen were very clean, but the carpet was all-over sticky, and I assume this is because people with pets have allowed the pets to use the carpet. Most of the other "guests" in the building gave the appearance it was being used as a homeless shelter or half-way house, and every time I came in, I kicked a rock away that was being used to prop open the door so anyone could come in. Never again.

Many physical and service issues led to a disappointing stay. When brought up to management, nothing was done. How does a business operating in such a shoddy manner stay open?

This property scammed us. They turned us away at 11pm saying they did not have a room for us, and when we called to get a refund they refused.
