Place was clean, people were friendly. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. No coffee in room, no microwave. It's good, but not great. We paid a premium because of high demand and I don’t mind, but I don’t feel like I got any particular bargain.

Spark was a nice property. The breakfast was not very good. It was just bagels. Very disappointed with breakfast. The room and beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean except the trim around the shower bathtub was moldy. I would pay a little more to get better breakfast. We will not stay again for this purpose.

Nice renovated rooms with the softest bedding I've ever had. Staff is kind, breakfast is good, the 1 minute automatic pancake machine made it wonderful and fun.
