Did not get our room cleaned or get clean towels without going to the front desk to get them

Staff did not have it together. No toliet paper and within an hour of being in the hotel we had a staff member enter our room because it showed "vacant" in their system. Also the morning of checkout they shut off our cards so we got locked out of our room after breakfast.
