Window for the room was cracked and you could hear every bit of the highway. Bathroom had a total of 2 towels, either of which were big enough to dry off with if you were to take a shower. The bed didn't even have a fitted sheet on it and looked like it was over 10 years old and never cleaned. The safety latch was missing the part that attached to the door, meaning if a key was doubled made people would have been able to jion us. Some of the steps were wobbly and I almost tripped while climbing up, as well as the fact that when we attempted to take the elevator back to the ground level the door never opened and we waited for about 5 minutes.

Room was good saw a couple bugs but no other issues bed was beyond soft

When we arrived to check in the front desk clerk was arguing with customers over the presence of bed bugs in several of the rooms. When our room number was mentioned we decided to promptly leave.
