We were supposed to be able to check in by 3PM. We arrived a little after 4PM and was told no rooms were clean. When I asked how much longer they thought it would be, he shrugged and said "I really don't know". We left to grab something to eat and called an hour later to check on it and it still wasn't ready. Finally was able to check in after 6, and the elevator was broken plus there was still an employee in the room cleaning and when she left we did not have a shower curtain and had to go to the front desk for one. The hallways smelled bad, and was supposed to be a non smoking facility but there were other guests smoking outside their rooms. At one point our key cards stopped working and when I went to the front desk, the employees were behind the wall divider talking very loudly and cursing. I am very disappointed with my stay and will not use this facility in the future.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Tried to do an early check in but Steve the d*ck head manager said it was impossible. The elevator did not work, nor the public bathroom. I booked a double room and he tried to give me a queen. No one cleaned the room in the 4 days we were there. Steve was not pleasant at all (manager) other staff was. Never will book here again.

The general manager Steve P was extremely unaccommodating for checking. The parking lot was empty and he wouldn’t allow us to ck in 50 min early & wouldn’t hold our items so they didn’t get stolen at a festival we were attending. After a complaint to corporate he allowed us to ck in 15 min early. Thou the room was semi clean the property was grossly dirty & hallways were disgusting. No room service during our stay, we had to get our own clean towels & was asked to bring our dirty towels down to the main desk. Last I knew I wasn’t an employee there. No Coffee pot or toaster in our room. We had to go get our replenishment of coffee for day 2, 3 &4. Not once did they come in to empty our garbage. Overall this place should be shut down and Choice Hotels should really consider dropping them as a franchise.

Check in was terrible and very mediocre room. They could not find my Expedia check in and I had to show my receipt. Hair in bathtub and creaky bed. The area around the hotel is great so the location is the only plus.
