A majority of the staff did not speak English so it was difficult to get extra towels and have the room cleaned.

We needed an accessible room, which in their opinion is a 5x7 bathroom before you add the tub and vanity. The toilet is in the center …no room for bars and when you open the door it comes within 1 foot of the toilet so you have to squeeze between the toilet and the sink to shut the door…I have photos! One vertical bar in the slick tub

It could use a little maintenance and some communication. The table and one of the large shelves in the dresser/tv stand were broken and unusable. It was a busy weekend but not addressed at all during our stay. The indoor pool, not heated, was absolutely freezing and useless during the week we stayed. Housekeeping came only twice during a multi-day stay. I'm not sure if it's a lack of staffing or a policy but it was fairly inconvenient. They also only change the sheets if you ask. Otherwise, the bed just is remade. Nothing was wiped down or cleaned at all. We'd stashed a couple of extra coffee sugars and cream and they managed to clean that up but never took the dirty plate or restocked the room with towels. Oh they did take trash out once. Otherwise, we were left to our own to ask the front desk for every tiny thing or do it ourselves. If I'd wanted any of that, I'd have chosen an airbnb. Maybe this is normal, but it wasn't my favorite. Next visit, I'll be a little more choosy. I don't think I'd choose to stay at this hotel again.

Over $300 a night and the room was not cleaned and no new towels. Pillows had zero support. If you want breakfast or a bottle of water you pay. Poor value based on price and what you got.

Only issue was that I was given a room already taken. Luckily another room was available.

The bed light was out. The Kleenex box was wet. The floor was wet and the fridge was not cold. However, great people service. Check-in was a breeze.
