This property was simply ok. The upkeep of the outside property (vegetation, flower beds etc) was below average. The room was very typical for a Hampton Inn, and the breakfast was below average. It was simply ok, a bit dingy and a high-use facility with a staff that was not fastidious or proud of the facility.

The location is a bit dicey, but the property and staff were good. It was overall quiet but adjacent room was loud (TV and talking) after midnight which I thought was going to be a nightmare trying to sleep, but they got quiet. Air conditioner (room 404) needs work…at the end of each cycle there was a loud noise (like a door slamming) as the unit shutdown. These things can be deal breakers to folks who relish a quiet refreshing overnight stay. The Mexican restaurant “El Nopal” close to the property was excellent. It’s within walking distance, but would urge folks to drive due to area.

It was a place to plop. Nothing more. Very surprised at the positive reviews. Our room smelled musty, sewer flies in the bathroom, sheets smelled like smoke, pullout had mold growing underneath. Quick check in and ample parking. Fine for a quick overnight, but not with the price. Must be better options in the area.
