Upon check in, I was charged again for the room even though I paid in full on Expedia. They said they would provide a receipt for the refund but I did not receive one. After getting in the room, we found that there was no heat. It was 33 degrees outside so we needed heat. At 1130 pm we finally got a room with heat.

It was a place to sleep near where I needed to to be. Would stay again if needed.

Well the shower had mold in it on the celing.The laundry room was broken on 1st day of stay. Pool heater was broken Ice water pool. Jacuzzi was broke unusable. And staff outside my door wanting to clean room at 10:15 when ck ot is at 11am.

A bit older, but clean. Indoor pool Not heated. Make sure it's not a special weekend (Jr. ROTC). Unruly young people with no supervision who run up and down the halls. Screaming, shouting and pounding, almost nonstop. Little sleep for other hotel guests.

We went straight to our room and flipped on the light roaches were every where. The front desk attendant said that it was sprayed 2 days ago and there was nothing they could do. We did not stay and are fighting for a refund.
