Well the shower had mold in it on the celing.The laundry room was broken on 1st day of stay. Pool heater was broken Ice water pool. Jacuzzi was broke unusable. And staff outside my door wanting to clean room at 10:15 when ck ot is at 11am.

A bit older, but clean. Indoor pool Not heated. Make sure it's not a special weekend (Jr. ROTC). Unruly young people with no supervision who run up and down the halls. Screaming, shouting and pounding, almost nonstop. Little sleep for other hotel guests.

We went straight to our room and flipped on the light roaches were every where. The front desk attendant said that it was sprayed 2 days ago and there was nothing they could do. We did not stay and are fighting for a refund.

Compared to. A Hilton property I stayed in the night before….. this spacious and clean room was beyond expectations and $150 less a night. So glad we choose here. One disappointing factor - no wi fi but that wasn’t an issue for me personally. Would easily stay here again.

I was unaware of the $150 deposit if your address is within Hardin County. The pool was freezing and dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable and my partner and I ended up leaving early because we seen a roach in our room.

The bathroom light went out the first night. I followed up daily with them. The 3rd night i was informed they didn't have bulbs. We were transferred to a new room with smaller beds. There were logistic troubles about what rooms were vacant and occupied. Friendly staff. They did what they could... still would of liked to simply take the bulb out of the same fixture in the new room to the old room.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, rooms were “outdated” but it didn’t take away from the comfort of the room itself. Room was clean and well taken care of. The only downside was that when we got there, there was a group outside the back of the building smoking what smelled like drugs. It was not a direct inconvenience to us in the hotel however it was a very uncomfortable situation.

It was a great place to stay. My room was mostly clean except the fridge was full of old food that smelled horrible! Also the carpet, although obviously vacuumed, was not in good condition and needed replacing many stains. Everything else was very clean. The price was great, and I would stay there again.

The only thing i appreciated about this hotel was the location to base. I arrived early and was told i could not check in by one employee. I waited for 3 hours went to check in again to be told my room still wasn't clean. The second staff person was nicer and did find me a clean room however the sheets did not appear to be clean or at least had stains on them. The sheets was changed by housekeeping. I still did not feel comfortable so i slept on the top blanket with my own cover and pillow. There was no hot water, due to two tanks had busted that morning. The place has a stale smell to it, so its look clean but doesn't smell.clean. The toliet runs randomly throughtout the night. The place needs a major upgrade. There are damage from previously guests that haven't been fixed. I won't be staying here again.
