I had a handicap accessible room,room size toilet height,grab bars plenty in shower,bathing area,space in room will accommodate any wheel chair,the lacking was the mattress worn out, is a easy fix ,sofa and chairs in the room amazing height comfortable made very strong .

For this to be such a large establishment, I was disappointed about the fact that they did not provide room service. The website states that they do and of course the phones show room service. When I called to ask about it, I was very disappointed that the service wasn’t provided. Thelma’s Cafe was always lacking on the specialty coffees. I like how it had that middle part for entertainment for the 2 different towers..but parking needs to be labled better. Great time for new years eve. Definitely will do it again
