Whenever I come in late, I appreciate the friendly staff and that's exactly what they had here. Didn't use the facilities, but for a one-day stay it was exactly what I was looking for.

The TV service needs some TLC and the suite with 2 TV's and no wall and door do not work so well for a person hard of hearing.

Nice clean rooms with nice quiet hallways. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well.

hotel did not have hot water, pool room smelled bad, cleaning staff was unkind, conditioner was empty and the bath tub plug was missing.

When I checked in they said there was no hot water. They sent me to the Marriott down the road where they honored the same room rate. However the Fairfield still charged me for the night so I ended up paying for two hotels but only staying at one.
