The exterior walkways smelled like trash and marijuana. There were cigarette butts all over the stairs. The room’s light fixtures needed new light bulbs. The sink was dirty and cracked. The bath tub had peeling paint. The bathroom door frame had been repaired from being kicked open at some point. The wall molding had nails sticking out.

This property is old, dirty, and falling apart. The room we were in , the bathroom was was in terrible shape , you should take this property off your list

Dear [Motel Name] Management, I am writing to express my concern regarding the conditions I encountered during my recent stay at your motel. Upon checking into room [Your Room Number], I was dismayed to find several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Blanket Cleanliness: The blanket provided on the bed had visible stains that appeared to be bodily fluids. This was not only unsettling but also highly unsanitary. Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom contained what looked like rotting noodles, which was both unpleasant and unsightly. This level of cleanliness is far below acceptable standards. These issues have caused considerable discomfort and dissatisfaction. I kindly request a thorough investigation and appropriate measures to ensure that such problems do not recur.
