Rooms/beds were ok but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall positive experience

it had roaches in my room and you can tell they half cleaned the room the windows was dirty and had hand marks all on them they switched my room but i still was uncomfortable after seeing roaches but i had no where else to go and it was non refundable and i had my 5 year old with me i was on and off sleeping thinking a roach was gonna come crawling.. i took photos

Room reeked of stale smoke. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Tiny towels. Cords would not stay in outlets in bathroom.

Many things in the room were broken and the room was not clean. Blood on the bedding and I woke up with bug bites on my body.

One of the best hotels we’ve been to my family and i. Staff are friendly, very helpful. The place was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

First of all, the manager and the staff were phenomenal. To be honest, the hotel had some minor facility issues while I was staying. Well, my shower had no hot water for two days. But they were able to let me access another room for showering after realizing it couldn’t be easily fixed in time. What’s more telling is that, AFTER I checked out and was loading luggage in my car, the manager came out, apologized to me about the hot water issues, and gave me $100 cash refund for the trouble. He didn’t have to do that. This type of action says a lot about the attitude of the owner/management toward their guests. Highly recommended.

This property requires a $100 CASH deposit for incidentals if you book through a third party. I was not aware of this and had to use the ATM on-site to withdraw funds. We did receive our deposit back the next day upon check-out. The room itself was dingy, dirty and smelled of old cigarette smoke. The hot water took a few minutes to work and the bed/pillows were not comfortable. The walls were thin so we could hear traffic from the interstate and all parking lot noise throughout our stay. The positive is that staff were friendly and we did get the deposit back.
