The bathroom had many holes in the grout of the tile of the wall in the shower that created water leakage all over the floor outside the bathroom door.

The staff went above and beyo nd duties, from switching rooms to getting car unsuck from snow. We will book again!

Fitness center is a joke. The weight equipment isn't attached to the weights, the leg bar fell off when i touched it. Treadmill went .5mph and button was missing so you couldn't increase speed. No fan in there either. Pool was closed for maintenance. Luckily a Planet Fitness up the street.
