Decent place
Posted 2 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe check in was poor as communication between Hotels.com and the hotel was non existent,my reservationwas not received by Avoca ,I think hotels.com is to blame here.Security guards at the establishment were very rude and unfriendly. Rooms were very comfortable and clean,the establishment was very peaceful

Friendly Service
Posted 15 Oct 2022 on HotelsRooms were clean and looked good. All the staff members are very friendly and gave great service except Portia, she seems unfriendly. Any issues I had were addressed and resolved. Only problem is the rooms have no mobile network at all but the WiFi helps. The restaurant has good food but takes a long time to prep meals so I would go there for a holiday and not a business trip.
