"First time in this hotel, we were in room 307 a family room. It overlooked the back of the main street. The room was a good size and had a lot of storage if required. The room was very clean. I had a few drinks in the bar of the hotel, it was €6 euro for a pint of guinness. The breakfast was ok we had a fry up, and some cereal. The hotel is in the centre of the town and offers free parking."

"We loved staying in Ross House. The place is quiet but close to many amenities. We loved canoeing on the lake. The pier is only 200m from the hotel. You can also go to a small beach about 3km from the hotel - short drive, beach is safe for kids. The hosts are super friendly and relaxed. Breakfast was great too. I will gladly go back "

"Had a lovely stay at Farnham, the room was super comfortable, breakfast and dinner were excellent. The spa was great with lots of facilities and treatment was excellent. The grounds are lovely with lots of lovely walks by the lake. Would definitely recommend and am sure we will return!"

"We are regular visitors to the Knightsbrook Hotel. We find everything about the hotel,the facilities & most importantly the staff all so warm & welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough & would say if you are thinking of booking a break there just go for it. Very acceptable 4* hotel

"Stayed 1 night for business in an Exec room number 209. The room is large and nice, it's nothing special and starting to show it's age a little, you can tell it's an accountant designed room rather than an aesthetic one, but it's more than fine, no power points by the bed is very bad though. The hotel itself is all perfectly acceptable, clean but some fixtures and fittings showing their age with cracked tiles in the lobby. Staff were all ok, nothing out of the ordinary, just doing their jobs. The best thing, by far, was the breakfast - it was the best hotel breakfast I've had all year."

"Visiting family and got to see the home my grandmother grew up in! The hotel staff were warm and welcoming and our stay was comfortable. The “pool” was definitely not for relaxing. It’s an exercise club and lap swimming was intense. The sauna was awesome though! Food was excellent!"
