This hotel is very convenient for visiting the University. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and well presented. However, it would have benefitted from some modern touches e.g. Bedside USB and power sockets, magnifying mirror in the bathroom. We will definitely stay there again.

lack of staff - trying to check out and the only person on duty was on an extended phone call. Dinner only available frokm 6-7pm as problems with the chef!

The hotel location is great for the town centre, university and access to the motorway. Our room was ok, they are not very sound proof, especially if you are on the ground floor, every footstep can be heard from the floor above. Check out time is quite early when compared to other hotels and whilst a late check out is available for a set fee, they cannot guarantee how much longer you can have the room for.
