Property in the process of a major renovation. We were in an unrenovated room that was showing its age.

The hotel was fine. However, I was really disappointed that I was charged twice for my room. Reception stated that it was a system error and I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days. I don’t feel that this is acceptable. I should have been refunded immediately.

Comfortable hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Problem with TV promptly dealt with. Very good buffet breakfast. We have stayed here several times and hope to stay again.
