"This was one of the most beautiful Corsican hotels I stayed at while touring Corsica. I’d go back in a heartbeat. The staff was amazing - so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately upon check out my bank card did not work in their card reader. They said the payment was declined. I did make alternatives but later when I contacted my financial institution, they informed me it was the card reader at the hotel that was not working. This was unfortunate. Next time, I will always have either cash on hand...

"The stay in Casa di L'Alivu was excellent! The host is very friendly and helpful and the check-in and checkout was very comfortable. The room - we had the maisonette suite - was much to our liking. It is not the most modern furniture, but it is practical and charming, and did the job very well. The windows are a bit harder to open, but they do all work, the bed is very comfortable. "Great access to lovely beach, although it does shelve quite steeply so not so suitable for small children. Beach faces west so lovely sunsets. Chalets are adequate. Much nicer than mobile homes/caravans, although they are fairly basic. Unfortunately the kitchens do not have either an oven or kettle although this is not uncommon.
