Not staffed, but prompt instructions for checking in via keysafe. Room huge, well appointed, spotlessly clean. Easy to find too!

Excellent location. Fabulous views of the golf course and Moray Firth. The room was super. Great bed and facilities. Requested an early check in, which they were able to accommodate, which was fantastic. We will be booking here again.

This place appears to be new but the overall quality is poor. Cracked plaster, dirty carpets left covered in builders mess, cheap bathroom units coming apart and mould around bath area.
It just needs a bit of effort and it’d be great.
There are no on site staff but the emailed check in and key safe system worked just fine.
Their affiliated hotel on the harbour front does decent food but was busy. We got lucky but I’d recommend booking as local food outlets are sparse.

Value for money, overnight stay. However I would suggest a window blind for the groundfloor bathroom.
