"My and his wife who is disabled had to ask the front desk for change of room. The room they had was not except able for her. So my called the front desk for a change. The front desk staff took my son to a different room to see if this one would be right for her. It was so they changed rooms. This is what you want in a great hotel helping customers to feel comfortable. Thanks La Quinta for help in making my family members welcome."

"My fiancé and I loved the hotel. It was so beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean and beach access. My only complaint would be that it wasn’t stated anywhere on the booking that their rooftop was going to be under construction the weekend I went. I paid the extra money to stay at the nicer hotel for their cool amenities, had I known that wasn’t available I possibly would’ve booked somewhere else. But! My fiancé and I definitely want to return to be able to experience the rooftop. Hopefully! "

"We had the Cayucos room and we loved it. No complaints really. The fridge is a little weird and we had wished there were bigger trash cans in the room to put the food trash we ordered in a bin. The bar at the pool is by far better than the bar by the restaurant. We had a lovely spa afternoon. Highly recommend their spa services!! We loved it so much the day we got home we booked another girls trip immediately!! Can’t wait to go back!"
