Bed bugs, showers worked every other day, Toilets randomly worked, pictures on Expedia were not an accurate representation of the facility. Clearly doctored to appear better than it was. At best a 1 star hotel. Everything was overpriced for what you received.

Great place to stay.
Posted 6 Dec 2023 on HotelsVery comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk.
Not a lot of stir, bring a book.

Customer service terrible, restaurant charges triple everything. Not nice to customers, rude, bugs everywhere. Terrible experience

they sell themselves as a resort, when we got there, everything was under construction, they were filling up small rooms with 10 people, the bathroom didn't have a door, and they forgot to clean the room 2 of the 3 days we were there... very disappointed with the hotel.

It was a nightmare ! The hotel is a mess, unclean, stinky, disgusting, etc.
I tried to leave the hotel the next day, but when I contacted expedia team, they didn’t resolve my problem

Poor customer service, ran out of water twice while showering on the first two nights, when we called the hotel the manager who picked up said he was already home and we need to call some other number not sure why his es listed! People upfront were just rude for no reason if they don’t want to deal with customers then don’t work in that type of field, restaurant needs more staff they kept telling us to go to the bar to eat we did and when they were at full capacity we just went back up the guy told us to give the wrong room number so we don’t get a bad experience? Extremely unhappy with this place! Never again
