Everything was amazing except for the hot water supply in the hobbit house. When the issue was adressed to the reception the response was to keep it open and it will eventually come. I waited for 10 minutes with extremely cold water.

property is undertaking expansion. service was excellent.
Water ie. Hot water is a problem.

Excellent in every way
Posted 21 Apr 2024 on HotelsBambuda is fantastic. The location is excellent with breathtaking views of the mountains & countryside. The food in the restaurant is excellent & there are numerous options at all times of the day. The service at the front desk & at the restaurant are prefect: helpful, friendly, & enthusiastic. Taxi rides from the hotel to a variety of destinations are easy to get & inexpensive. I had a cabin with a balcony. It felt like a cabin in the mountains but with strong hot water in the shower.

Everyone here was absolutely amazing. Views were great. Food was delicious. Staff is so friendly. Front desk worker Reynina was our favorite.

I will be here for 9 days total because my plans keep changing! I have had to add days on repeatedly and they do their best to keep me in the same or similar location.
Then I got sick and they isolated me and took care of me like family. This has felt like a home away from home… not a vacation but I’m safe and well cared for!
