Terrible ! So disappointed
We were booked for this resort but actually given rooms in another - Residencial Casabela One room had NO bedrooms - just 2 mattresses on a bed deck on the floor !!!!! Dangerously steep stairs, broken bathroom door (hole in middle badly patched) Shelf had fallen off in shower - just 2 holes in wall Sofa dirty and split - cheap cover thrown over it to disguise Food waste never collected by cleaners - eventually left outside to avoid smell Strange 'animal' tent up against our building - never had the courage to look inside it !!!!

We were taken to another apartment about two miles away. Generally we were pleased with the alternative site, though it did not have the gardens and some of the other facilities of the original booking. We had a fault on the cooker which was speedily rectified though the general cooking facilities were a bit basic. Unfortunately I had about €40stolen from my wallet in the apartment, I can only assume it was by one of the staff as the doors were kept locked at all times. We reported it to reception but as expected, nothing was done about it and it left a bad impression on the whole stay.

We had a wonderful five night stay at Residencial Las Norias. We were able to drive on day trips to different parts of the island and explored and hiked many areas. The nearby restaurant and super market met all our needs. Celia gave us an apartment that was very quiet and peaceful. Since we were there on New Year's Eve, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and two small bags of grapes upon our return on New Year's Eve day! The size of the apartment and the decoration was very pleasing. We would highly recommend Residencial Las Norias.

We had a lovely stay, very peaceful and quiet. The pool was lovely and very clean and the internet was good. The only negative point I would make is in regard to the pillows and duvets, all of which needed washing, they were quite smelly. We needed to cover the pillows with our own towels which needed frequent washing during our stay. The apartment its self was clean and well kept as were the gardens.

Nice complex of 12 bungalows, with good balconies
There are actually 2 sites at Las Norias which is not made clear on the websites. Las Norias 2 is the one which has the reception area and the only heated swimming pool. This is mainly 1 bedroomed bungalows. Wi-Fi connection is not good, only really available near reception. The other Las Norias site is around half a mile away and we understand the pool there is not heated. Here several bungalows are 2 bedroomed. We recommend you look at the Las Norias website which shows the layout of each bungalow on both sites. Las Norias 2 is attractively laid out with all bungalows looking out to sea over the garden and heated pool. Bungalows are reasonably well equipped, though no microwave or hairdryer, and a daily bread delivery is available. Balconies are good sized.and mainly face west. Reception staff were very friendly but their English is only moderate; most bungalows were occupied by people form Germany. A hire car is just about essential. 2 excellent restaurants are within very easy walking distance of Las Norias 2

Celia is a lovely host, taking care of everything: accommodated our late arrival, booked us Christmas Eve dinner when everything was booked up long before, arranged for 1-day laundry on a holiday... We will come again: fell in love with La Palma and Residencia Norias!!!

Lovely apartment stein beautiful gardens
Las Norias is a beautiful and well kept place.Celia the manager is very helpful and even took us the supermarket.There are two good restaurants within five minutes walk.The gardens are well kept and there are two lovely pools (one 24 degrees)The atmosphere is tranquil with lovely flowers.Above the apartments are the mountains and below the sea.Superb sunsets from the balcony.Roses are out and March felt like June A car would be useful though you could use the bus to get to the local towns.Characterful seaside town about twenty minutes drive.The sea was a pleasant temperature.A walk in the mountains is a must. Probably too hot in July/August.A perfect place for a rest.

Necesita renovación y detalles.
Agridulce. La limpieza, la justa. Una vez cada dos días por encima y más en profundidad cada cinco. El mobiliario es anticuado e incómodo. La sábanas ídem. Tenían un estanque de agua verde llena de carpas enormes o algo así que daban un poco de grima. Sin embargo la casa estaba muy bien, espaciosa y cuidada. Bastante bien equipada de utensilios de cocina, excepto un microondas, que se agradecería. Los detalles son los que hacen que no tenga buena puntuación general. Dejan un solo rollo de papel higiénico, por ejemplo y si quieres más lo debes comprar tu mismo. Me indicaron que al ir con perros debía abonar un extra de 30 euros por limpieza, que no estaba reflejado en ningún momento en la información del hotel. Finalmente no se me hizo dicho cargo, supongo que porque yo mismo barría diariamente la casa, o por marcharme un día antes, no se, pero fué algo que se agradece. No me dijeron la clave WiFi inicialmente y como la recepción sólia estar cerrada ni la usé (Me dio cosa llamar sólo para eso) Me marché un día antes por motivos personales y la llave se tuvo que quedar en un buzón por ser fin de semana. La verdad, tienen unas instalaciones magníficas pero deberían invertir un poquito en su renovación interior. La persona a cargo era correcta y simpática.

Das uns zugewiesene Appartement Nr. 10 war spartanisch eingerichtet; die Sauberkeit liess sehr zu wünschen übrig. Angefangen damit, dass das Bettgestell bei den Stellen, wo die Matrazen aufliegen, sehr staubig war. Auch das gesamte Bettzeug war eher schmudelig. In der Nacht ist uns aufgefallen, dass immer wieder so kleine Krabbeltiere (wohl eine Art Milben...?) über unsere Körper spazierten. Als wir am nächsten Tag den Herd benutzen wollten haben wir einen Stromschlag erhalten. Der Herd wurde dann ausgewechselt und uns wurde versprochen, dass die Putzfrau das Bettgestell richtig putzen würde. Das Beste war, dass es in den Besteckschubladen der Küche immer wieder kleine Kakerlaken hatte!!! Ziemlich eklig... Die Kissen für die Holzstühle unseres Sitzplatzes und für die Liegestühle waren sehr schmudlig, und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass überall diese Tierchen rumkrabbeln... Am Nächsten Abend war unser Bettgestell immmer noch nicht geputzt, so dass mein Mann selber Hand anlegte; und es war alles andere als appetitlich... Die Putzfrauen waren sehr schmudelig, und wir sahen, wie sie einmal zuerst eine streunende, kranke Katze streichelte, dann zu uns reinkam, den Abfall im Bad leerte und ohne Hände zu waschen die Tücher auswechselte. Abgesehen davon wurde in den 8 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal der Boden geputzt. Der Pool war anfangs top, aber gegen Ende wurde der immer trüber. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend...

Hatten ein Haus erhöht neben dem Pool, nicht an der Straße, die wenig befahren wird. Einfach in der Ausstattung, aber absolut ausreichend. Matratzen zu hart. Man wollte sich um einen Topper kümmern, leider tat man das offensichtlich nicht. Etwas dreckig war der Boden im Haus. Flusen im Bad. Als ich mal ein paar Spritzer Sonnencreme vom Boden aufwischte, bemerkte ich erstmal, wie dreckig doch der Boden war. Der Blick auf die Fußsohlen bestätigte dies. TV nur in Spanisch, aber TV brauchen wir auch nicht. Internet nur in bestimmten Ecken möglich. Aber auch das ist nicht so schlimm gewesen. 2 Platten Herd, kein Ofen, keine Mikrowelle, aber Toaster, Sieb, Töpfe und sonstiges Geschirr gut und ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr gerne wieder. Leider sind die Mücken ab 21:15 Uhr täglich über uns hergefallen, unglaublich.

Leider war die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht vorhanden
Schon einen Tag vor der Ankunft wurden wir per Mail zu einem Restaurant in der Nähe geleitet, wo man uns dann telefonisch beschied, dass die schon 3 Monate vorher gebuchte, bestätigte und bezahlte Unterkunft leider nicht mehr frei ist. Da könne man jetzt garnichts machen, hieß es!!! Man schickte uns in ein älteres Appartement in der Nähe, das einem minderwertigem Standard entsprach. Im Bad wuchs der Schimmel und hing schon von der Decke herab, eine Tür zum danebenliegenden Schlafzimmer gab es nicht! Nach einer sofortigen telefonischen Beschwerde wurden wir für eine Nacht in einem kleinen Appartement in der Nähe, am darauffolgenden Nachmittag dann für die restliche Zeit in einer sehr schönen Finca untergebracht, wo wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Obwohl es keinen Pool dort gab und der Reinigungsservice nur sporadisch stattfand. Über die Tatsache, dass diese Finca für etwa 8 EUR weniger pro Tag im Internet zu buchen war und sie ohne Mietwagen nur schwer zu erreichen gewesen wäre, haben wir hinweggesehen. Insgesamt könnte man den Eindruck gewinnen, das vorzeitige Buchungen auf Unterkünfte von Privatvermietern umgeleitet werden, die von den Hotelmanagern mit verwaltet werden. Solche Erfahrungen schaffen weder Vertrauen in die Organisation noch Lust auf Weiterempfehlung!

Prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan
Als je naar La Palma gaat, huur dan zeker een auto want zonder kom je nergens. Wij hadden Las Norias geboekt maar ze brachten ons naar appartementencomplex Casa Bepe. Ik kwam er thuis pas achter dat Casa Bepe los staat van Las Norias omdat je deze ook afzonderlijk kan boeken. Het appartement is simpel ingericht en gelukkig heel schoon. Wat ik mis is WiFi en een airco, door gebrek aan airco heb ik namelijk elke nacht heel beroerd geslapen en hebben we 's nachts last gehad van muggen en kakkerlakken in het appartement omdat we door de hitte de ramen open hadden. Verder heeft het appartement prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan en heb je zelfs een zwembad (bijna) voor jezelf. Deze moet je delen met de overige 4 appartementen maar wij hebben de andere gasten niet gezien. Wat we verwarrend vonden was dat het complex niet in Tazacorte ligt, maar redelijk ver daarbuiten. Adres van appartement is niet te vinden via navigatie, maar als je de weg naar Puerto Naos volgt dan moet je naar rechts als je restaurant Mariposa ziet, en daar ligt Las Norias en Casa Bepe.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage!
Wir fanden eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage vor und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. An der Rezeption erhält man das, was man ggf. zu Hause vergessen hat (z.B. Fön oder Badehandtücher). Letztere kosten eine geringe Leihgebühr, wofür sich das mitnehmen von zu Hause nicht gelohnt hätte. Jeden morgen gab es frische Brötchen. Die beiden Pools sind sehr angenehm.

Entspannte zwei Wochen auf der Insel
Bei Expedia war beschrieben, dass die Rezeption nur bis 14 Uhr besetzt ist, worauf wir eine email an lasnorias schrieben, die sehr schnell positiv beantwortet wurde. Gegen 19 Uhr hatten wir das Objekt erreicht und wurden herzlich (in Deutsch) empfangen. Unsere FeWo am südlichen Ende der Alage war normal eingerichtet mit 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnküche, 1 Bad und Terrasse nach Süden mit Blick über überspannte Bananenplantagen zum Meer. Leider gab es einige Fliegen und keine Fliegenfenser. Wlan war nur direkt an der Rezeption möglich.Es war sehr sauber. Frische Brötchen gab es jeden Morgen gegen 8:30 Uhr angehängt an die Wohnungstür. Es war auch sehr ruhig. Gelegentlich machten sich im ca. 100 m entfernten Gehöft die Hunde bemerkbar und ein paar wenige Straßengeräusche waren zu hören. So eine ruhige Lage hatten wir selten, zumal auch nur zwei Nachbarwohnungen direkt angrenzen. Die Resinencia Las Norias empfehlen wir gern weiter, zumal man auch noch schönere Häuschen auf dem Gelände mieten kann. Essen im Restaurante Las Norias (5 min zu Fuß) sehr gut.

Gemütlich oder natürlich?
So geht es nicht!!! Die beiden räumlich deutlich getrennten Anlagen von Las Norias müßten im Internet getrennt beworben werden. Las Norias 1, die Anlage mit der Rezeption, entspricht genau der Beschreibung auf der Homepage. Der Garten, in dem die Reihenhäuser stehen, ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnungen sind geräumig, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet, sauber, alles top. Die Balkons sind hinreichen groß und haben im unteren Teil der Anlage Meerblick. Alles das erwartet man, wenn man die Anlage anhand der Homepage bucht, und man kann rundum zufrieden sein. Las Norias 2 ist über eine abenteuerliche Zufahrt zu erreichen, der Parkplatz ist eine Buckelpiste aus Splitt. Betritt man die ummauerte Anlage, steht man in einem bildhübschen naturbelassenen Park mit einzeln stehenden kleinen Häusern. Jedes hat eine große Terrasse und einen Garten, man hat Platz, Luft und Ruhe. Das uns zuerst zugewiesene Häuschen hatte ein "Wohnzimmer" von ca. 5 Quadratmetern, ausgestattet mit einem Zweisitzer-Rattanmöbel und einem Glastischchen. Ende. Kein Sessel, kein Esstisch, keine Gemütlichkeit im Haus. Draußen ist alles bestens möbliert, das Wetter im März erlaubte aber kein Draußensitzen. Wir taten sofort unseren Wunsch kund zu tauschen - im Häuschen war es noch kälter als draußen - konnten dies aber erst nach 2 Nächten tun. Fazit: Wenn es schön warm ist, ist Las Norias 2 wunderbar für Leute, die Ruhe und Natur dem Komfort vorziehen. Billiger sollten die Häuschen aber sein. Las Norias 1 s.o.

Schön gestaltete Anlage mit privater Atmosphäre
Bei Anreise wurde uns gesagt, dass wegen einer Doppelbuchung das gebuchte Quartier nicht zur Verfügung steht. Das Ausweichquartier hatte weder Meerblick noch Pool und wurde von uns vehement abgelehnt. Erst dann bekamen wir das gewünschte (und bereits bezahlte) Quartier, das nun doch frei war. Die Auflagen für die Liegen bekamen wir nicht, weil wir angeblich die niedrige Kategorie (abajo) gebucht haben und die Auflagen nicht inklusive sind. Aus unserer Buchung ging aber nichts dergleichen hervor. Auch eine Nutzung gegen Aufpreis war nicht möglich. WLAN ging weder im Haus noch auf der Terrasse. Brötchen- und Reinigungsservice funktionierten. Heizkörper wurde auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer einfach nur gut wohnen möchte und keinen Wert auf freundlichen Service legt, ist dort gut aufgehoben.
